Description

Solid Inside Closure Strips for Hardy/Econo Rib, Ag Panels – 3/4″ Tall x 9″ On Center Ribs

Designed for metal roofing systems with 3/4″ tall ribs spaced 9 inches on center, including popular profiles such as Hardy Rib, Econo Rib, Tuff Rib, MasterRib, Pro Rib, Classic Rib, and similar ag panels.

These solid inside closure strips are made from durable 1.8 lb. density polyethylene foam and are pre-cut to match the contour of the panel profile. Ideal for sealing the gaps at the eave edge or sidewalls of a roof, they help prevent water, wind, debris, and pests from entering the building.

  • For use with ag panel styles with 9″ on-center major ribs (e.g., Hardy Rib, Econo Rib, Tuff Rib, etc.)

  • Solid (non-vented) foam closure – not designed for ventilation

  • Weather-resistant foam withstands UV rays and moisture

  • Interlocking dovetail ends ensure a tight, continuous seal with no gaps

  • Each strip measures 3 feet in length

Great product! Great Price! Fast shipping! I used these closure foam strips on my Arrow shed (Murryhill). The foam strips filled the gaps on my sheds roof & wall panels. It worked great! I had to trim approximately 1/4" from the top of each rib (easily trimmed with scissors). The adhesive on the closure foam strips really held the pieces in place. I'm really glad I came across these! The only other option was using "messy" spray foam.

    Glue works well a little too well if it touches anything it’s not supposed to it’s hard to get it unstuck without ripping the foam but it seems to be a good product.
