Returns

Returns:

  • All returns must be made within 30 days of receiving the item. 
  • You will need to submit a return request below before sending your items back or the return may be rejected. 
  • All returns must be tendered to the shipping company within 7 days of when your return is approved or within 37 days of original delivery. Return shipping is to be paid by the purchaser*. 
  • There are no returns/exchanges on special order products. 
  • All returned items must be in new/unused condition and in original unopened packaging.
  • Returns for orders that were granted/used the free shipping option at checkout will have up to a 25% restocking fee if returned. (This includes promotional free shipping and items that ship free standard.) 
  • The original shipping cost is non-refundable. 

*If the item was received damaged or is defective. We will send a replacement item and return postage for the item(s) received or you have the option to return the item and cancel the order. In either case stated above, we will provide the return shipping label with postage. Please attach photos for the above claims.

Wrong Item Received:

Although this does not happen often, sometimes mistakes do happen. We are all human. If you received an incorrect item please document this with pictures of that product and packaging. Then please submit the form below. 

The process below will outline how a “Wrong item received” claim is handled: 

  1. We will need to complete a return of the incorrect product you received. 
  2. We will provide a prepaid shipping label for the product to be returned to us. In most cases, we will have it shipped back through USPS so that the product can be picked up by your USPS mail carrier from your home or business. 
  3. Once the package arrives back to us, we can either issue a refund or send out the original product that was ordered. (Customer’s choice)

Note: If you are looking for a replacement and do not wish to wait for the original package to arrive back to us before a replacement is sent, you will need to place a new order. Once your original order is returned we will process the return including a refund of the original shipping cost if any from your original order.
